Getting to Woudschoten

Travel information

From Schiphol to Woudschoten:

Busses will be arranged from Schiphol to Woudschoten. Please register if you wish to use these busses since we need to plan availability.

Based on the arrival and departure times that were registered (taking into account some time for customs/luggage) we have tried to offer a bus schedule that is both efficient and economical, and tried to reduce waiting times as much as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent some waiting times for some passengers and we are not able to offer bus services to a few people.

On July 1st busses will go from Schiphol airport to Woudschoten at 11:00, 14:30 and 18:30. We have taken approximately 1 hour for customs and luggage pickup into account for your arrival times.

Busses will be parked on the Touring car lane next to the bus stops in front of the arrivals hall (for a map of the arrival area at Schiphol Airport: Follow the signs to the busses. The touring car lane is across the road (at the bottom of the map). Please look for a white bus marked “Kassing Tours”. We will pass the names of the people who registered to the bus drivers.

On July 6th busses will go from Woudschoten to Schiphol airport at 10:00 and at 13:30. Schiphol advises to be at the airport 2 hour prior to European flights and 3 hours prior to intercontinental flights. Travel time to Schiphol is approximately 1 hour. We have taken these times into account for the busses. Schiphol expects a busy day on July 6th with longer waiting lines. Actual travel status can be found on the website of Schiphol: For actual waiting times at security etc. search for your flight on this site: The site will then give you the current waiting times. If possible we suggest that you check in online prior to departure to reduce waiting times.

If you wish to travel by other means:

Public transport: The public transport system in the Netherlands is relatively efficient. Public transport from Schiphol to the Woudschoten Conference Center takes approximately 1 – 1.5 hour.
